Terms and Conditions – 55 Game Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Definitions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document and in all communications from 55 Game:

• "Platform" — The website 55game.biz and all its products, services, mobile interfaces, and associated systems operated by 55 Game.
• "Player" / "User" — Any individual who registers an account with 55 Game or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — The individual registered account held by a Player, through which all transactions and gameplay are conducted.
• "Real Money Balance" — Funds deposited by the Player in PKR that are available for wagering and withdrawal after meeting any applicable conditions.
• "Bonus Balance" — Funds or free bets credited to an Account as a promotion, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount a Player must bet before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — The identity and age verification process required by 55 Game before processing withdrawals above stated thresholds.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used on the 55 Game Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — Any activity listed under Section 11 of these Terms that is not permitted on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create and maintain an account at 55 Game, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 55 Game strictly prohibits access and use by anyone under the legal gambling age. Age verification may be requested at any time and is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must be an individual person acting on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of another person, or by a company or entity, are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number linked to a JazzCash, Easypaisa, or equivalent payment account in your name.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 55 Game employee or contractor.
• You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into binding agreements or participating in gaming activities.
• You must create only one account. Each person is entitled to a single active 55 Game account at any time. Multiple accounts constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

55 Game reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at any time if it reasonably believes that eligibility criteria have not been met, without obligation to provide a detailed explanation.

3. Account Rules and Security

Once your account is created, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through it. The following rules apply at all times:

Credentials: You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. 55 Game will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or any other channel. Do not share your credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at support@55game.biz and change your password without delay.

Account Accuracy: If any of your registered details change — mobile number, email address, payment account — you must update them promptly through your account settings. 55 Game is not liable for failed withdrawals or undelivered communications resulting from outdated account information.

Dormant Accounts: An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 55 Game reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts with a positive balance after providing reasonable notice via the registered email. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed without further notice.

Account Closure by Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any real money balance in the account at the time of closure request will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification, provided no active wagering requirements apply.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

55 Game accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods available to Pakistani account holders:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 55 Game does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is found to have originated from an account not belonging to the registered player, it will be reversed and the player account will be subject to review. Processing times stated are standard estimates and may vary during periods of high transaction volume.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 55 Game account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are only paid to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for requests received before 6:00 PM PKT. Requests received after this time will be processed on the next business day.
• KYC verification is required for all withdrawals above Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or Rs 200,000 in cumulative withdrawals within a 30-day rolling period. KYC documents required are: valid CNIC or NICOP, proof of the registered payment account in your name, and a recent selfie photograph.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus balances must be satisfied before the corresponding bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Real money balance that was not derived from bonus play is not subject to wagering requirements and is withdrawable at any time subject to the conditions above.
• 55 Game reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and the investigation completed within 14 days unless circumstances require longer.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers at 55 Game are designed to add genuine value to your gaming experience. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment account. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a prohibited activity under Section 11.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first deposit. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement for casino and game bonuses is 3x the bonus amount on qualifying markets at minimum odds of 1.40 per selection for sports and betting bonuses. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings that have not cleared the wagering requirement within this window will be forfeited without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Jackpot slots contribute 50% of the standard rate. Live casino games contribute at the standard rate. Sports betting at odds below 1.40 does not contribute to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates are detailed on the Promotions page.
• 55 Game reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or decline to award any bonus if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, manipulation, or a breach of these Terms.

7. Sports and Cricket Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and cricket betting activity at 55 Game:

Bet Placement: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it is final and cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed by the player, except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available and used by the player prior to the relevant event concluding.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: The minimum bet on any single market at 55 Game is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event, and player tier. 55 Game reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time, including after a bet slip is open. Players with unusually consistent or high-value winning patterns may have individual stake limits applied to their account.

Void Bets: A bet will be voided and the stake returned if: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market result can be determined; an obvious pricing error was made by 55 Game's odds team; or the match result is declared invalid by the relevant governing body. Voided bets are returned to the player's Real Money Balance.

Live Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. 55 Game may suspend live markets at any time during a match. Bets placed in the period between a relevant event occurring on the field and the odds being adjusted are subject to review. 55 Game reserves the right to void bets placed after the relevant event occurred but before the odds reflected it.

Cricket – Reduced Overs: Where a match is reduced due to weather or other interruptions, markets that have been fully completed will stand. Markets that relate to the full duration of an innings or match will be settled based on the official result declared by the match referee. Where no official result is declared, match-winner bets will be voided.

8. Casino Games and Slots

All casino games available at 55 Game — including live casino, online slots, table games, and crash games — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are sourced from the game developer's certified specifications and reflect long-term theoretical returns over millions of rounds, not guaranteed returns on any individual session.

55 Game is not the developer of the casino game software. In the event of a software malfunction, game result discrepancy, or disconnection during gameplay, the following applies: where a game result has been fully generated and recorded by the game server before a disconnection, that result stands. Where no complete result exists in the server log, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. 55 Game is not responsible for results affected by the player's own internet connectivity issues.

Jackpot prizes displayed on jackpot slot games are the current values as of the last seed update. Progressive jackpots displayed represent the current accumulated pool and are not guaranteed minimum prizes. Once a jackpot is won, the pool resets to its seed value.

9. Ludo and Skill-Based Games

Real money Ludo at 55 Game involves an element of skill combined with chance (dice outcomes). By entering a Ludo room or tournament, you acknowledge that the outcome is partially dependent on dice results generated by certified RNG and partially dependent on strategic decision-making.

Room entry fees are deducted from your account balance immediately upon joining. If all required players do not join the room within the specified waiting period, entry fees are refunded in full to all players who had already joined. Once a game begins — i.e., the first dice roll is confirmed by all players — entry fees are non-refundable.

If a player disconnects during a Ludo match, 55 Game allows a reconnect window as specified in the game interface. If reconnection does not occur within this window, the disconnected player's tokens are played automatically using standard optimal move logic for the remainder of the game. This is not grounds for a refund or dispute.

Tournament prize pools are distributed to the top finishers as specified in the tournament details page. Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once the tournament begins. If a tournament is cancelled by 55 Game before it begins, all entry fees are refunded in full.

10. Responsible Gaming

55 Game takes the wellbeing of its players seriously and is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products. The following tools are available to all registered players from their account settings, with no waiting period before activation:

By using 55 Game, you acknowledge that gaming carries financial risk and that it is your responsibility to play within your means. 55 Game is a platform for entertainment. 11. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55 Game platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Creating more than one account, or creating an account on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in any game or betting market
• Colluding with other players in skill-based games, including Ludo tournaments, to manipulate outcomes
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way
• Claiming bonuses in a way that violates the stated bonus terms, including multi-accounting for bonus purposes
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, or using 55 Game for any money laundering purpose
• Selling, transferring, or attempting to sell or transfer your account or account balance to any other person
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Conducting matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic exploitation of free bets or bonuses across platforms
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after funds have been used for gameplay

12. Account Suspension and Closure

55 Game reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, without prior notice, if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 11
• The player has failed to provide required KYC documentation within the specified time frame
• The player's account details are found to be inaccurate, false, or incomplete
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated against a deposit
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements necessitate account closure
• The player has been identified as a minor

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, any real money balance and bonus balance in the account will be forfeited. Where an account is closed by 55 Game for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the real money balance will be returned to the registered payment method after standard verification, unless there are legal reasons preventing this.

13. Limitation of Liability

55 Game provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 55 Game is not liable for: losses resulting from technical malfunctions, network failures, or interruptions beyond our direct control; indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform; decisions you make based on information, statistics, or odds displayed on the platform; or losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by the negligence of 55 Game. Your statutory rights under applicable Pakistani law are not affected.

14. Amendments to These Terms

55 Game reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations, or financial terms — we will provide a minimum of 7 days' notice via the email address registered to your account before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to comply with regulatory requirements — may take effect immediately and will be noted with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 55 Game platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2025 and supersede all previous versions. By continuing to use 55 Game after this date, you confirm acceptance of this version in its entirety.
